Process & Timelines

To complete the program, you must complete all your classes. These classes are condensed to cover as much material as possible in a short amount of time. For this reason, we highly recommend that you read and watch every lecture and take your time when completing your assignments.

Program Process

Add Your Classes

The first class you will add is the orientation class to learn how the program works and to complete your assessment test. We recommend that you add all your classes at once, but complete one class at a time. This will prevent you from getting overwhelmed, from missing assignments, and from forgetting the class material. Remember, you must be signed in to your school email to add or participate in your classes.

Read the Class Syllabus

It is very important that you read your class syllabus before you start any classwork. Each class syllabus is different and explains how the class works, what you will be learning, how you will be graded (Click Here for an example), and other important details about taking the class. Notice: The orientation class does not have a class syllabus since it is not a credit-earning class on your transcript.

Complete the Classroom Modules in Order

Do not skip ahead, complete the module classwork in order. Each module builds off each other as the assignments will get progressively more challenging as you approach the end of the class. If you skip ahead, you may not understand the more advance material assigned in the next module or know how to complete the next set of assignments.

Complete the Pre-Final Test

DO NOT complete the pre-final test until ALL of your module classwork is completed first. If you do, your teacher will reduce your score for skipping ahead. This pre-final test is a practice final test and counts towards your overall classwork score, thus counting towards your overall score for the class as a whole. This test will also let you know what score you will most likely get on your Final Test if you take it next, and if you are ready to take your Final Test or if you need to study more.

Complete the Final Test

After you complete all the assignments in all 4 modules including your pre-final test, you will finish your class by taking your proctored Final Test. This is a timed and monitored test that requires you to be on camera. Make sure you take this test in a isolated quite environment away from other people and distractions. Unapproved notes, phones, tablets, additional computers, and any other interfaced technology that can connect to the internet is not permitted when testing. Read the instructions and final test rules before you start. Notice: Once you have taken and submitted a picture of your ID (in AutoProctor), it will count as your test attempt, meaning you will not be able to re-open that test again should you disconnect from your test or close the testing window before finishing your test.

Review your Classwork

Before you consider all your classes as "complete", go through each classroom and check your work. Make sure you have completed all the assignments assigned and successfully submitted your Final Test for that class.

Review Your Overall Scores

You must have an overall score of 70% or higher in order to pass any class. Make sure your overall score for each class is high enough to pass. You must pass all your classes to complete the program. In some classes, your module classwork is worth 65% and your Final Test is worth 35% of your overall score for the class. Each class has a different grading scale, check your class syllabus for complete details on how you will be graded.

In the event that you failed a class or classes, contact your teacher. Your teacher will review your overall score and determine what you need to do in order to pass that subject. This can range from you redoing some class assignments to you retaking the class altogether. It is important to note, that you cannot redo any assignments that you have already seen the answers to unless approved by your teacher. Should you need to retake any classes, you can retake up to 2 classes free of cost. Any additional classes past your 2 free retake classes, you will need to pay a $50 classroom fee for each additional class.

Submit a Request to Graduate

Once you have successfully completed and passed all of your classes with an overall score of 70% or higher, you are ready to submit the "Request to Graduate" form. This form is located on the "Program Steps" page and it will be the last step you will need to complete in the program. You MUST submit this form to have your coursework reviewed to complete your program. The school will not know to review or process your coursework if you do not submit this form!

Wait for Your Exit or Denial Letter

After you submit the "Request to Graduate" form, your next step is to wait for your program requirements to be reviewed. Once they are reviewed, you will receive either an Exit Letter (saying that you have been approved to graduate) or Denial Letter (saying that you have been denied and why). All letters will be sent to your personal and school email as a PDF attachment. It can take up to 3 business days for you to receive this email. DO NOT call the school before then! If 3 or more business days have passed since you submitted the "Request to Graduate "form and you did not receive this email, then Click Here to contact your teacher for an update. Only your teacher can approve your request to graduate.

Read Your Exit or Denial Letter

Once you receive your letter, read everything enclosed as soon as possible. An Exit Letter explains what happens next, what to expect, how you will be exiting the program, and the processing and delivery times for mailing your documents. This letter will also give you the opportunity to expedite your documents for an extra fee using a payment link inside the letter. A Denial Letter explains why you were denied and what requirements you did not meet and still need to complete.

Important: Receiving your Exit Letter does not release your documents with the school if you owe a balance. If you owe a balance with the school, you must pay the outstanding balance to release your documents. You can pay the balance using the payment link provided in your Exit Letter or by calling the school directly.

Wait for Delivery

Once your documents have been released, they will be mailed to the address the school has on your file. If your mailing address has changed, email student services at help@educatorsinc.org right away. Read your Exit Letter for estimated delivery times on when you should receive your documents or check your tracking number (for those who paid extra for tracking). If your documents have a tracking number, the number will be sent to your personal email directly from Stamps.com (the school's mailing system). If your documents were sent regular mail (without tracking) and you didn't receive them yet, DO NOT contact the school until 30+ days have passed from the date they were mailed (the day you received your Exit Letter). Students who contact the school about documents sent "regular mail" before 30+ days have passed, will be referred to the school's 30-day policy. Only if 30+ days have passed from the date your documents were mailed, should you can contact the school for assistance.

Program Timelines

Assessment Test

30 Days from Registration Date to Complete.

A late fee will apply if completed over the 30-day deadline.

Classwork/Classes

1 Year (365 days) from Registration to Complete.

If you need more time, you can pay a $100 late fee for a 6-Month Program Extension.

Final Test

1 Year to Complete. 1 Hour Test in Most Classes

If you need more time, you can pay a $100 late fee for a 6-Month Program Extension.

Grading Timelines

Assessment Test

1-3 Days from Completion.

This test is located in the Orientation Classroom. Make sure it was submitted to avoid being late.

Classwork/Classes

1-3 Days from Submitting.

Written assignments are graded on the weekend. This includes active worksheets of any kind.

Final Test

1-3 Days from Completion.

All final tests are located at the end of class and it will be the last assignment you will complete.
